Would like to start with few mentees success stories - 1. Mentee was 10+ yrs exp Associate Staff Engineer at a service based company. Provided a 6 months mentorship for HLD & LLD. He was able to crack 3 product companies interviews within 5 months & joined the new company at 2.5X salary. Proud Moment! 2. Mentee was 6+ years exp Lead Engineer at a product based company. Package was only 14 LPA. Provided a 6 months mentorship for DSA, HLD & LLD. He was able to crack 2 product companies interviews within 6 months & joined at 32 LPA package. 3. Mentee was 2+ years exp with 3.5 LPA package but struggling to learn programming concepts. He felt he has failed in life. Took 9 months to religiously teach him Java & DSA Basics.
