I am a Senior Business Analyst with over 10 years of experience across Finance, Retail, ERP, and Digital Transformation, working with organizations such as Tesco, AIG, and Sobha Group. My career spans the full lifecycle of enterprise projects — from requirement discovery and documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories) to UAT, deployment, and business adoption. I bring a strong finance and ERP background, having worked extensively with Oracle Fusion, CRM platforms, and financial systems, supporting process transitions, project accounting, invoicing, and reporting.
