Very Clear and Very Honest !!! It is evident that the mentor has demonstrated transparency and honesty, particularly in regard to the specific aspects that are important to me. During the trail session, the mentor took the time to understand my current skills , my current level in those skills and considered other relevant factors such as college and career gaps in my journey. The mentor provided a clear roadmap outlining the phases we will work through to improve my skills, with a focus on specific skill sets for each phase. Additionally, the mentor discussed the practical aspects of the mentorship, including how he would assist me in applying for jobs, preparing for interviews, and ultimately securing a placement. This comprehensive approach instills confidence in the mentor's ability to provide valuable guidance and support throughout the mentorship journey.

He was very patient in listening to my current skill and made a note of the gaps and cleared all my doubts I had one by one. He is a Tech person who craves to help the people to their best. I liked the way he has explained about each step wise decision about the Long Term Membership phases. He was very clear in what he will be delivering and what is expected out of the membership. He is one of the kind who posses the Sportsmanship in Tech savoy. He is straight to point and a genuine person.
