I help my mentees with designing a specific roadmap according to their current knowledge. This would involve DSA, system design, CS fundamentals and tech skills. I work with them on refining their resume and social profiles and reaching out to recruiters. I also provide them mock interviews to make them interview ready.

I think the situation is going to improve in the coming months and log if companies may start with offcampus programs. College tier won't matter much if one has the right skills
