Hi Mayuresh Joshi,

I can understand the problem, Let's schedule a trial call and have it done in one to two months after the mentorship. Will collaboratively work to achieve our common goal.

Hello Mayuresh,

Finding internships/jobs is not easy & sometimes it takes time, patience and lots of efforts. These days, having the right skill set is not enough, you also need to be able to articulate your thoughts properly, be able to market yourself, have good soft skills & communication skills.

Also, while LinkedIn is a good way to search for jobs, you will also need to explore opportunities in other platforms. It's worth noting that big corporations might not respond since they have thousands of applications, trying to get internships in smaller firms and startup will be easier.

Having said that, you need specific skills to ensure you get placed in either MNCs or startups.

As an interviewer, I have seen a variety of candidates over the years, including many during campus placements/internships, and there has always been certain traits that have made us hire one candidate over the other. Having those traits definitely improve your chances of getting hired.

Please feel free to connect for a trial call to discuss further on this.

Trust the process where you are following a strategy, promises of 1 month or 3 month or 6 month is not the thing here. It all depends on how much you stick to the belief that you can do it. As a mentor I can help you correct the process if it’s going wrong. Book a trial, I can discuss few strategies which I can give to you.

Mayuresh Joshi, I can understand your situation. Could you please give me your 1 month to convert your Job hunting into Success?

There are so many thing which you need to make correct to get job.

Answered By Mentor Arijit Goswami

See Mayuresh, LinkedIn alone won't help. Successful job applicants scout for jobs on several platforms simultaneously and have a dedicated strategy to pursue leads. Getting a job off campus during the current market scenario can get a bit difficult.

Therefore, you need to have a strong presence on Naukri, Indeed, Foundit, Instahire, etc. to reach out to maximum number of HRs. Also, you need to take concrete steps to make your profile stand out amongst the competition in these platforms. HRs and executive search companies are quite selective, and hence, your preparation needs to be a notch above that of others.

We can discuss more during a trial session and can work on your profile together through a 1-3 month mentorship program. Let me know if you want me to help.
