I am confused what to choose software engineer or data analyst i keep switching between them when i face difficult in software enginner i go data analyst when i face difficult in these i go other way around

The world of data analysis has indeed exploded, providing many different roles - analyst, engineer, scientist, architect, data officer and so on. The dilemma you face seems to originate from "do I got deeper into coding or deeper into analysis?" :)
This is quite natural for someone with programming background (I think it is for you?). In that case, you need to see if data query/manipulation (via SQL, EXCEL...) is something you feel is better than coding, and the idea of visualizing data, deriving insights to help solve business problems, then you could try to stay as Data Analyst.
