Mentee Question

Asked by Kiran Kumar

How to overcome fear of failure?

Keep giving ad-hoc interviews, forget about failing and go ahead. Apply for jobs just for the sake of giving an interview. The more you are sacred to fail, you will find opportunities slipping away.

This is from my own experience.

Hello Kiran Kumar,

I am holding a free Group Session tomorrow (19th Nov) at 11:30 AM exactly on this topic. If you are free and interested, you can attend. You will find an answer to your problem.

Hi Kiran,

You can look at the failures as learning experiences rather than negative results. Failures always provide you with good feedback on your strengths and the areas you need to improve. Start feeding yourself with positive words and working on the improvement areas.

Set small realistic goals and make every effort to achieve them and reward yourself with small things ("pat on the back"). It will boost up your confidence level as you progress. All the best!

Knowing that failure is truly a stepping stone to success. Knowing that failure is your best critic.

Not trying wont get you anywhere. Trying and failing will create momentum for success. Each failure increases your chances of getting it right soon.
