Hi Souvik. I am working in ITC Infotech as a Senior Dot Net Developer. I have total 5 years of experience but I am not able to switch to a BIG4 organization. My resume gets rejected and there are many interviews questions and concepts I am not aware about. I am seeking career development coaching and mentoring myself to get job ready for Big4 organizations and all other service based companies. Could you please help me with that?

If we want to Switch but skills are not upto the mark, you can do these things.
1) Try to attend as many as interview you can, dont get worried about size / type of companies. Consider it as a mock session
2) Collect Questions and patterns from each interview and then spend some time learning that. Note down all the question from each session and prepare
3) Be very mechanical about interviews, if you dont get through, doesnt matter, just focus on next set of interviews.
4) Cracking interview is all about preparations, and you will be better with each one of them

Since you have already spent 5 years in one technology , you have become limited. Big tech companies care less about technology used and more about DSA concepts and system design . For service based organisation, your technology is important but so is your projects , communication skills and how you explain things . Hi Senjuti,
The reason could be that the openings might be with some additional skill sets which are not part of your profile because of which your profile might not be short listed. I assume to get into Big4 companies, experience only with Dot Net doesn't work. You need to be proficient enough with the AI/ML or cloud technologies or any other booming skill set.
Certifications in these skill sets also will work for the quick short listing of your profile in any of the service based companies or Big4 corporates.
