Hi Anurag, I am here in lieu of my younger brother, and I want you to guide him. He tried to self improve and got into tech with a QA role (2Yr exp), which couldn't pay more. Right now he has jump-shipped to a Govt org, but I want him to break into MAANG or any top startup. More importantly, I want him to become self-sustained of the immense pressure of tech world as he has a background of Mechanical engineering. Hello Sumeet, There are many openings in the outside market within the Data Engineer, Data Science or Data Analyst positions. However, if your brother is looking for a easy and quick turn around, I can help him on his career path with the transfer of my tehnical knowledge on DWH, ETL, SQL and Azure technologies.
I am also from Electrical background and for first few years I felt like thrown away in this world, but however DWH and ETL helped me to get into this competitive world and today I am with 12+ year of experience working on Azure (One of the leading cloud based technology in the market) and in a position to crack any interview on Azure and Informatica.

I can understand your situation. I would say in IT industry, he can get multiple opportunities in development, data analyst positions. I can help him with the proper path which he can follow to excel here.
