Hey Vikas, hope you're doing well. I'm Charankumar and I'm currently working as a Lead SDET. I've 11 years of experience. I'm targeting a transition from SDET to full-time SDE role (backend, frontend, or full-stack). How can I achieve this transition? What would be your Silver Bullet?

Hi Charan if you are working as SDET for 11 years, for sure you are aware of Java and selenium. I would recommend you to acquire Java spring boot skills and become backend developer. All you need is a good roadmap which you can stick to till you achieve your goal.
