Thanks for asking. You don't need a masters or PHD degre to get hired in the field of AI/ML. I know lot of people who got hired as a graduate and are doing great in the field. You can always proceed for higher studies if you feel like getting one and many times your organisation may sponsor that for you.

Given AI/ML is trending these days and there are many rumors about them as well. You need to steer clear of them adn focus on your upskilling. Getting a job these days is more about skills rather than your college degree. In last placement session36% of IITB grads did not get any jobs so here goes the top tech college of India. My friendly suggestion is to focus solely on your skills and you will get job of your liking irrespective of what people are saying or what college you graduated from.
