Prashant started his professional journey as a Software Engineer at Xoriant where he learned and grew his technical skills.
👉 From there, he took on an exciting opportunity as an Operations Management Leadership Six Sigma & Lean Intern at GE Power, where he focused on improving processes and operations.
👉 Building on this experience, Prashant worked as a Six Sigma Consultant at GENEXT PRECISION AUTO INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, helping streamline operations and increase efficiency.
👉 Continuing his upward path, Prashant joined VMware as a Business Analyst II - BPM - Strategy & Operations.
In this role, he played a vital role in making strategic decisions and optimising business processes.
Currently, Prashant serves as a Process Consulting Lead at LTIMindtree - Larsen and Toubro Group Company, where he uses his expertise to guide organisations in achieving their process improvement goals.
A brief peek into an interview with Prashant:
I feel super passionate about sharing my experiences in a structured format which I have learnt throughout my career.
The motto of my life is - Learn to Share.
I learn from my work profiles just for the primary purpose of sharing with my audience and growing collectively.
Mentors help in giving direction to our efforts.
They've taught me how to navigate through challenging situations while keeping my emotions in check.
⭐Their guidance has also shown me the importance of persistence, even when I couldn't immediately see the results of my hard work.
⭐My favourite mentorship success story so far is about a candidate who I helped transition from BPO/KPO services to Management Consultant in just three months.
He is now not only a success story but also a close friend of mine!
Just be clear on where you lack.
I feel that if 'A problem is well stated, it is already half solved'.
It all began when she joined Mu Sigma as a Decision Scientist back in 2014.
👉 She spent two years there, immersing herself in the world of data-driven decision-making and analytics.
👉 Seeking new challenges, she then moved to OLA Cabs and became a Strategy Manager.
Over the next five years, Arishma played a crucial role in shaping OLA's strategic development.
👉 In 2021, Arishma took on a new role as a Business Strategy Consultant at Accenture.
This job allows her to use her expertise in consulting, strategy, and corporate development to help businesses succeed.
A brief peek into an interview with Arishma:
I decided to become a mentor because I have a genuine passion for collaborative learning and guiding others in their career journeys.
Interacting with my mentors has been an incredibly valuable experience for me.
Through their guidance, I have gained firsthand exposure to the challenges and opportunities present in different industries and job markets.
⭐This exposure has not only enriched my own understanding but has also allowed me to adapt and refine my skills and knowledge to better serve the needs of my mentees.
It is tough to choose one because honestly, every mentorship story is a favourite of mine.⭐
Just keep calm and focus on your goal.
She started her career with a summer internship at HSIL Ltd. in 2013.

👉 After that, she became a General Manager in Corporate Business Strategy & Pricing Analytics at Narayana Hrudayalaya Limited.
👉 She then worked as a Manager in Strategy and Business Development at Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions.
👉 Building on her experience, she joined Gartner as a Lead Manager in Service Strategy & Operation in 2018.
And now, Priyanka is making significant contributions as a Senior Manager in Consulting (Global Transformation) at Mercer.
A brief peek into an interview with Priyanka:
I want to support and guide students and experienced candidates in their career journeys.
⭐ My goal as a mentor is to make a positive impact on the lives of those I work with and assist them in making informed decisions and better preparing for their future.
Mentors have been invaluable in my life.
Their experience and observations have helped me understand my passions, set priorities, and approach problems more effectively.
They provided guidance that has shaped my path and gave me direction.
⭐It would be when I helped a mentee crack an interview for admission to a prestigious university in the US.
It was something new for me, but I remembered my own interview experiences from 2011 when I applied to IIMB.
To get started, I studied the current interview patterns and talked to friends and colleagues who recently went through similar interviews.
I learned about any changes and used that knowledge to make a plan with the mentee.
⭐We did multiple mock interviews and I gave him guidance on how to answer questions.
I have to say, the mentee worked really hard.
He followed the plan we made and put in a lot of effort to prepare.
And guess what? It paid off!
He successfully got admitted to his dream university.⭐
