I've been in the workforce for about 20 years, having started my career in 1991-2000. 

I've had the privilege of working in three different companies, and I've always been the type to commit long-term to my roles. 

Unlike job-hoppers, I've stayed with each company for a substantial period—at least four, seven, and even 14 years! 

The last 14 years have been stable, and I hadn't attended a single interview during that time.

What prompted you to consider switching jobs after such a long tenure?
