Roles & Responsibilities
1. Support the team in creating and constructing geometry concepts and their comparison with the overall vehicle installation space.
2. Schedule and plan the mentioned test concepts in hardware tests/prototype construction for special tasks.
3. Support the team in data analysis of test results from prototype construction.
4. Regular participation in the specialist group to create a forecast model for future project designs.
5. Develop ideas for analysis applications/tools, improve existing concepts, and implement them as prototypes.
6. Work closely with the Chassis Production team to evaluate and improve the tooling ideas.
7. Creation and implementation of Engineering/Design specifications and quality specifications.
8. Support the virtual and experimental validation of Chassis/ADAS/EV concepts. 
9. Work closely with the development teams in other specialist departments, such as design, software development, testing & and validation, and electrics and electronics (E/E).
10. Involve in the conceptual design, brainstorming, and prototyping of new operating concepts.
11. Analysis of the process of commissioning test vehicle conversions and test field trials.
12. Coordinate the requirements for the digital function with the interface partners and internal team and monitor their planned implementation.
13. Creation of (CATIA V5/V6 - 3D/2D) concept design for the upcoming Rolls Royce, BMW, and Mini Cooper models.


Chassis Design & Development

Senior Chassis Design Engineer R&D

1. Buildup a bench test setup to test the performance and functionality of a Gearbox Assembly.
2. Performing/evaluation of measurements in daily Production Activities.
3. Enhance the bench test setup to be capable of working with a gearbox assembly.
4. Support in the development of the Assembly Testing & Painting.
5. Assist with the supply of required components and materials to the Assembly Shop from the Machine Shop.
6. Solving problems and issues within production and support teams
7. Support and facilitate plant-wide initiatives, safety and lean training, kaizen events, workshops, and audits (Qualitätsicherung)

Project Title: Study of Manufacturing Turbine and Turbogenerators

Turbine Study 

Power plant market requirements have changed in recent years. The tendency for highly flexible and efficient power plants with long revision intervals, life times ≥ 200 000h as well as low investment costs have resulted in an increased effort in the improvement of design and materials. One possible way to meet high efficiency requirements is to install sub-critical steam power plants with live steam temperatures of T ≥ 565°C and an optimized steam cycle path. As a result, new challenges have arisen for the design of a two cylinder steam turbine line for a capacity up to 700 MW. 


Project Trainee

Design and Modelling of Cooling Systems for Automotive Engines.

Tools Used: Matlab, Solidworks, Creo 2.0, Ansys Fluent, Kuli, AVL Boost, AMESim, MS Office.

In this project, Designed the Complete Cooling Circuit System for a Customized Indigenous Engine with Special Features. From this methodology, any system Design can be done with the help of the above tools. The Modelling is done in Various Tools and Mostly Creo 2.0 is used. To analyze the Particular Model, Ansys Fluent is Used.

This Cooling System has Customized Special Features and is different from other Engines Cooling Systems. The performance of the conventional engine-cooling system has always been constrained by the passive nature of the system to provide the required heat-rejection capability at high-power conditions. This leads to considerable losses in the cooling system at part-load conditions where vehicles operate most of the time. A set of design and operating features from advanced engine-cooling systems are reviewed and evaluated for their potential to provide improved engine protection while improving fuel efficiency and emissions output. Although these features demonstrate significant potential to improve engine performance, their full potential is limited by the need to balance between satisfying the engine-cooling requirement under all operating ambient conditions and the system's effectiveness, as with any conventional engine-cooling system.

Designed and modelled efficient cooling system for the Armoured fighting vehicles. A novel method has been established to model and simulate the cooling system performance by the use of MATLAB Software. The future scope of the project is that we can be able to design a cooling system for any indigenous engines easily by following these procedures.
